Fr. Tommy Ryan’s website for Siuyu Children’s Rehabilitation Centre is back and running!

Fr. Tom, a Pallottine Irish missionary, founded his life’s work in 2007. Located in the rural village of Siuyu, the Centre provides health services, educational access, and a home to children with both mental and physical handicaps. It also runs local seminars to teach community leaders how to become more aware of the rights of the disabled, as well as their place within society. Its dream is that every child in the country — especially the intellectually impaired — can avail of personal development, and that the Tanzanian government will provide the neccesary facilities to do so.
